Erin came to the practice of yoga in her early 20’s after a back injury. She grew in her practice over several years, and found a home and community at Modo Yoga Minneapolis.
While cultivating her daily practice, she found herself more grounded, more at peace, and more authentically herself than ever before.
The practice inspired her to earn her 500 hour training with Moksha/Modo International in 2013 and she has been teaching primarily at Modo ever since. As she has continued to grow in her teaching, she has taken additional vinyasa and yoga therapy trainings. Erin’s love of teaching comes from the the gratitude and genuineness that her practice created in her, and she loves seeing that shine out in students every time she leads a class. She is incredibly grateful to the teachers, students, and yoga community that bring her so much inspiration. Off the mat, Erin loves to spend time with her husband and dog Josie, hiking outdoors, traveling, and gardening.
